Applicable Reasons for Return and Exchange
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for the following reasons:
- Faulty Item: If the item received is faulty or damaged, we will provide a full refund after inspecting the product. We will cover all delivery charges incurred during the return process.
- Incorrect Item or Color: If we mistakenly send an incorrect item or color, we will exchange it for the correct one. We will cover all delivery charges incurred during the exchange process.
- Size Issue: If the item received does not match our size chart, we will exchange it for the correct size. We will cover all delivery charges incurred during the exchange process.
Not Applicable Reasons for Return and Exchange
Please note that we do not accept returns for the following reasons:
- Change of Mind: If the item received does not meet your expectations or you simply change your mind, we do not offer refunds. However, we can facilitate an exchange for a different item, subject to our exchange policy.
- Size Chart Accuracy: If the item received matches our size chart, but you would like to exchange it for a different size, you will be responsible for covering all delivery charges incurred during the exchange process.
- Color Variation: If the item received has a color variation of +/-5, we do not consider this a valid reason for return or refund. However, we can facilitate an exchange for a different item, subject to our exchange policy.
- All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- We reserve the right to inspect the returned item before processing a refund or exchange.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Exchange items will be shipped within timeframe 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support refunds. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Refund request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is damaged because of use.
- The product has been tampered with.
Note:
- No refund policy is applicable on any kind of custom , underware or white color products.
- The minimum period for processing refund is 7-10 working days.
